Board of Directors Appoints Brian Pratt to Board

On August 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Energy Services of America Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Brian Pratt to the Company’s Board effective immediately. The Board of Directors of the Company will not appoint Mr. Pratt to any committees of the Company at this time. In connection with his appointment as director, no material plan, contract or arrangement between Mr. Pratt and the Company was entered into nor was any grant or award made under any such plan, contract, or arrangement. Mr. Pratt is not a party to any transaction with the Company that would require disclosure under Item 404(a) of the Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation S-K.

Mr. Pratt has over 35 years of hands-on operations and management experience in the construction industry. From 1983 through 2015, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Primoris Services Corp. and its predecessor entity, ARB, Inc. Mr. Pratt served as Chairman of Primoris Services Corp. from 2008 until 2019 and as a Director until February 2020.

Energy Services Of America Acquires Solar Installation Business

NITRO, W.V., May 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Energy Services of America Corporation (the “Company” or “Energy Services”) (OTC QB: ESOA) announced that its Nitro Construction Services Inc. (“Nitro”) subsidiary completed the purchase of substantially all the assets of Revolt Energy, Inc. (“Revolt Energy”), a solar installation company located in Nitro, West Virginia. Founded in 2019, Revolt Energy is a leader in residential solar projects in southern West Virginia that is expanding its focus to the commercial and industrial markets.

The asset purchase, completed on April 30, 2021, marks Nitro’s commitment to the growing solar and renewable energy industry. Revolt Energy is in the process of completing a 487-kilowatt solar array system consisting of approximately 1,200 solar panels that will soon power Nitro’s office and fabrication shop facilities. Nitro and Revolt Energy will be hosting an open house on May 7th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 4300 1st Avenue, Nitro, WV for the public to see the current project and learn about the solar industry.

Energy Services of America Completes Acquisition of WV Pipeline, Inc.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va., Dec. 31, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — Energy Services of America Corporation (the “Company” or “Energy Services”) (OTC QB: ESOA) has completed the previously announced purchase of WV Pipeline, Inc. “WV Pipeline”, a West Virginia corporation located in Princeton, West Virginia.

As previously noted, Energy Services paid $3.5 million in cash and acquired a $3.0 million seller note with a term of five years with an interest rate of 3.25%. Previous WV Pipeline owners, David Bolton and Daniel Bolton, will continue their roles as President and Vice President, respectively, of Energy Services’ new subsidiary.
